GRIPPER® TREADS HAVE OFTEN BEEN COPIED BUT NEVER BETTERED. This is because no-one else offers the same quality of polymer, or can genuinely claim the rigorous testing that our steps have been through. 

• Plastic treads will not corrode or "polish up" and become slippery like metal treads - an important H&S feature!
• Unique-to-us polymer blend is flexible and crack-resistant, yet tough enough to withstand everyday wear-and tear.
• High thermal tolerance ensures that the treads will not warp, soften or become embrittled even in the harshest extremes of temperatures.
• Treads available in black or high-visibility yellow.
• FULLY WELDED fabricated steel subframe will collapse in the event of an accidental collision, reducing the risk of damage to the vehicle chassis. Most of our competitors use thinner material than we do and only tack-weld the frames
• Subframes are powder-coated in black or hot-dip galvanised - other coatings/colours to special request (any RAL or BS colour available).
