Ordering and Fitting your KRS Roof Bar System

We usually keep a stock of our best-sellers ready to ship, so provided that you place your order with us before 2pm, you will have your good delivered next working day! *

 

Less popular models usually take 3 - 4 working days, and bespoke orders typically around 7 - 10 working days although this can vary depending upon work-load, availability of vehicles for measuring/inspection and trial fitments.

 

We accept the following methods for payment -

  • PayPal when ordering from the online shop (you don't need a PayPal account to use this system, just a valid debit or credit card)
  • Credit/Debit card payments over the phone via "WorldPay"
  • Direct bank transfer
  • Cheque by means of proforma invoice (goods will not be released until payment is cleared)

WE WILL NOT accept cash payments under any circumstances.

 

* Orders placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday (excluding Bank Holidays) for delivery on Tuesday.

Fitting

Whilst KRS roof bars are very easy to fit yourself, we are now pleased to offer a free-of-charge, while-you-wait fitting service for ALL KRS roof bars.

 

This service is currently ONLY available at our premises in Altham, Lancashire (see our contact page for details of where we are). Fitting of racks can usually be done in about an hour.

 

If you want to have your rack fitted by us, we can do this during normal office hours which are 7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Thursday, and 7:30am to 12:30pm on a Friday (last appointment will be 1 hour before we close).

 

We will also be happy fit your rack for you on a Saturday morning, but this will incur a £25.00 fee per vehicle.

  • Tell us what vehicle you have (we will advise if your vehicle is not in our current fitment list, we may still be able to help if it isn't);
  • Book your appointment, at a time to suit you;
  • Turn up on the day and let us do the rest!

PLEASE DO NOT TURN UP UNANNOUNCED - YOU WILL LIKELY BE TURNED AWAY WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT

We can accept payment on the day via credit or debit card, or you can order fitting through the webshop and pay in advance.

 

WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT PAYMENT IN CASH OR BY CHEQUE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES IF WE ARE FITTING THE BARS FOR YOU.
